Our metal profiles are produced under the DIN 18182 standards, which ensures that basic disciplines, procedures and standards meet customer needs and industry requirements.

Hot deeped galvanized Z-200 = 100gr/m2 that is layer thickness 7,14μ ±0,1% according to DIN 17162 part 1 that guarantees 50 years corrosion resistance, even under adverse humidity conditions.
- Triple nerves on the stud legs that offer better torsion resistance.
- Unequal height of stud legs that permit boxing according to DIN 18182 table 4, whenever greater heights have to be achieved.
- Large jointing surface on stud legs 50mm according to DIN 18182 with spotted surface for easier screwing.
- Stud width 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, according to DIN 18182.
- Stud and Runner back with double nerves to the internal profile area for placing acrylic sealant.
- Studs with folded edges for:
- Increased stiffness.
- Minimization of self hurting risk.
- Easy fixing of the sanitary frames.
- Circular holes with rounded edges spaced every 55 cm in the back of the studs.
- Circularly shaped edges of CD-MAIN RUNNER CEILING PROFILE, that offer:
- Hanging security
